This module allows a fully overlaid photo to sit behind text, and a link if necessary. It can be used to break up a largely white page, and call attention to important text. The text should be limited to a reasonable degree, so the photo does not stretch down the page and obscure the content.

The color of the overlay is selectable, but needs to work in conjunction with the color of the text for accessibility contrast thresholds. For example, if the user chooses a Georgia Tech Blue overlay, the text will be white. If the overlay is light, the text will be dark. This is automatically programmed in the module. It is important to remember not to change the color of the text within the module using HTML/CSS unless you are sure it passes contrast requirements.
