No matter how well a website is designed, visitors can sometimes struggle to find the content they are searching for. The last thing we want is a frustrated prospective student, parent, or employer leaving our site because they can’t find the information they’re looking for.

To avoid this negative user experience, we have designed the Safety Net Module. Each page gives the user the opportunity to contact a member of our staff if they still need more information, find similar information on other pages, or the chance to apply to one of our academic programs.

Content creators can select one of many Safety Net Module types from the drop down menu in the CMS.

When using this module, always be sure that "Display Title" is unchecked.
